About AmeriSpin

AmeriSpin is an independent publisher for US players. We track sweepstakes casinos, the bonuses they release and the state laws that decide where you can play, so you know what's worth your time before you sign up.

The short version

  1. One hub per casino. Every casino gets its own page, with our full review pinned on top and every new bonus, rule change or legal update added underneath as it happens.
  2. The law comes first. We track sweepstakes rules in all 50 states and DC, and we hide offers where a casino isn't allowed to operate.
  3. Facts over hype. Offers, redemption rules and state lists come from each casino's own terms, and every page shows the date we last checked it.

What we cover

Sweepstakes casinos let you play casino-style games with free virtual coins, and in many states redeem a second type of coin for prizes. The rules change fast. States pass bans, casinos leave states, bonuses change every week, and none of it is easy to keep up with.

We cover 21 sweepstakes casinos today, plus:

  • Bonuses and free coins: welcome offers, daily login rewards, free spins and promotions, with the terms that matter.
  • State laws: our state board shows where sweepstakes casinos are banned, where regulators are taking action and where bills are pending.
  • News and Bill Radar: new laws, lawsuits, settlements and casinos entering or leaving states.
  • Prediction markets: how event-contract platforms work and where states are challenging them.

How a casino hub works

Most review sites publish one long review and update it now and then. We do it differently. Each casino has a hub page:

  • On top: the key facts at a glance (welcome offer, minimum redemption, states it accepts) and a "Can I play from my state?" check.
  • Pinned: our full review, kept current.
  • Underneath: a running feed of updates about that casino, newest first.

You can follow the casinos you care about, and unfollow them any time. We're building email alerts so you'll hear when a casino you follow releases a new bonus, free spins or promotion.

How we check facts

We work from primary sources wherever we can:

  • Each casino's own terms of use, sweepstakes rules and state availability pages
  • State laws and bill texts, and announcements from attorneys general and gaming regulators
  • Court filings and official settlement notices

When a casino's own page can't be checked, we say so on the page and name the source we used instead. Every review and state table shows the date it was last checked, and we list our sources at the bottom of each review.

Casinos sometimes show different terms depending on where you're browsing from. We check from states where the casino operates, and we flag anything we couldn't confirm.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help us gather and organise information: reading long terms of use, comparing state lists and keeping track of changes across dozens of casinos. That lets a small team check far more sources than it could by hand.

AI never has the last word. People write, edit and fact-check everything we publish, every fact is checked against its source, and each review names the people responsible for it. We don’t publish pages just to rank in search, and we don’t use AI-generated people or photos.

Who gets listed

A casino has to earn a place in our rankings. Before we list one, we check that:

  • A free way to play is always available, with no purchase needed
  • Prize redemption rules are written down and easy to find
  • Prize redemptions have a track record of being paid, and we look into unresolved payout complaints
  • Customer support is easy to reach by email or live chat
  • The operator is a named, registered company with a published legal address
  • The casino publishes which states it accepts and keeps players out of states where it's banned

If a listed casino stops meeting these standards, it comes off the list.

Independence

No casino can pay for a place in our rankings, a better review or the removal of news it doesn't like. Some links on AmeriSpin may earn us a fee, and that money funds our reporting. It never decides what we write. Read how we're funded for the full details.

Corrections

If you spot something wrong, such as an outdated bonus, a state list that's changed, or a law we've missed, email us. We check every report, fix confirmed errors quickly and update the "last checked" date on the page.

Who runs AmeriSpin

AmeriSpin is published by Casino.gi Group, based in Gibraltar. Our team has years of experience in online gaming and search, and we built AmeriSpin to be the site we wished existed: honest, current and built around what players actually need to know.

Founder & Publisher

Doron Sanders

Doron is a gaming industry expert from Gibraltar. He was a manager at Mansion Group, the owners of Casino.com, and now runs Casino.gi Group. He founded AmeriSpin to give US players reviews built on each casino’s own terms, state-by-state legal tracking and alerts when bonuses change.

AmeriSpin is not a casino. We don't take bets, sell coins or pay out prizes. Everything on AmeriSpin is for adults: 18+, or 21+ where the casino or state requires it.
