How we're funded
Like most independent publishers, we're funded through commercial partnerships. When you visit a casino or platform through some of our links, that company may pay us a fee. That money pays for the research, fact-checking and alerts you see here.

May receive a fee from the casino, which funds our reporting
A fee never comes from you, and it never changes the offer you get. You'd see the same terms if you went to the casino directly.
What money can't buy here
- A place in our top 10, or a higher rank in it
- A better review, a higher rating, or a softer word about a problem
- Removal of news a casino doesn't like, such as a settlement or a state exit
- An alert sent to you that isn't a real, checked change
- A listing in a state where that casino isn't allowed to operate
Every casino on AmeriSpin has to meet our listing standards first. If a paying partner stops meeting them, it comes off the list, paid or not.
Our partners
We have no paid partnerships yet. Every casino on AmeriSpin today is here because it met our standards, not because of a deal. When we start one, it will be listed here with the date it began.
Laws and licensing
AmeriSpin covers sweepstakes and social casinos, which operate under sweepstakes law rather than gambling licenses, and prediction markets, which are regulated federally by the CFTC and challenged by several states.
- We don't promote offshore real-money casinos.
- We hide offers in states where sweepstakes casinos are banned, and we track each state's rules on our state law board.
- If we ever promote real-money gambling in a regulated state, we'll register with that state's regulator first, as the law requires.
- Everything on AmeriSpin is for adults: 18+, or 21+ where the casino or state requires it.
