Who is responsible for your data
AmeriSpin is published under the Casino.gi Group name in Gibraltar, and we're responsible for the personal information described here. Email us with any privacy question or request, using the address on this page.
What we collect

We don't ask for your name, phone number, payment details or ID, and we don't knowingly collect sensitive information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how AmeriSpin is used. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that tell repeat visits apart. Google Analytics 4 doesn't store full IP addresses. We've turned off Google's advertising features and signals, so this data isn't used to target ads at you.
Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. It isn't used for tracking.

We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we don't load Google Analytics at all. You can also block analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
Stored on your device
Some choices are saved only in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers them next time:
- The casinos and promotion types you follow
- The state you picked
- Your analytics choice
This stays on your device and isn't sent to us unless you sign up for alerts. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Email alerts
If you sign up for alerts, we use your email address, follows and state to send you updates about the casinos and promotion types you chose. That's all we use them for.
- Unfollow a casino any time and its alerts stop.
- Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- If you turn on browser notifications, your browser asks for permission first, and you can switch them off in your browser settings.
We send alerts through an email service provider that handles your address only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
- Alert sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with your message.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct it, or delete it
- Stop using it for analytics or alerts
Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws have the rights above, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
Gibraltar, UK and EU visitors
Because we're based in Gibraltar, we follow the Gibraltar GDPR. We rely on your consent for alerts, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for hosting, security and analytics. You can withdraw consent or object at any time. You can also complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which oversees data protection in Gibraltar.
Children
AmeriSpin is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up for alerts, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, and you've signed up for alerts, we'll tell you by email first.
