High 5 Casino’s latest Terms of Use (version 46.0, dated October 14, 2026) include a notice for Oklahoma players:
- Since October 15, 2026, players in Oklahoma can’t open new accounts or make purchases.
- Existing players can keep playing and redeem Sweeps Coins until October 29, 2026.
- From October 29, nobody can use High 5 Casino while located in Oklahoma.
Oklahoma’s sweepstakes casino ban, SB 1589, takes effect on November 1, 2026, after lawmakers overrode the governor’s veto. If you play in Oklahoma and have Sweeps Coins left at High 5, redeem them before October 29.
