At a glance
Chanced has a large game library, a 12-tier VIP program and quick bank payouts once you reach 100 SC. It's less friendly to casual players: there are no gift cards, little or no free Sweeps Coins at sign-up, and reviews disagree on whether the playthrough is 1x or 3x. Check your state and the current terms first.

Our verdict on Chanced
Chanced is a sweepstakes casino run by Gold Coin Group LLC, the same company behind Punt.com. It launched in 2023 and now lists more than 1,800 games, a 12-tier VIP program and bank redemptions from 100 Sweeps Coins. It’s built more for regular players than casual ones: there are no gift cards, the free sign-up bonus is mostly Gold Coins, and reviews disagree on the playthrough.
Our hands-on test with a real account is still in progress, so there’s no AmeriSpin rating on this page yet. Everything below comes from reviews and news dated 2026, because Chanced’s own terms couldn’t be opened when we checked. Each source is listed at the end.
Welcome offer and free coins
Gold Coins (GC) are for fun only. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the ones you can redeem for prizes, at 1 SC to $1.
- Free on sign-up: Gambling.com and Sweepsy report 25,000 GC with no free SC. TheLines describes a different version: 10,000 GC + 2 SC for completing three of five social follow tasks. Chanced may run both.
- First purchase: $30 for 600,000 GC + 60 SC, according to Gambling.com and Sweepsy. TheLines mentions an offer of up to 70 SC plus 100 free spins. Packs start at $5.
- Daily login: Gambling.com reports a streak bonus that starts at 5,000 GC + 0.1 SC on day one and reaches 20,000 GC + 0.3 SC on day seven.
Compared with many rivals, the free Sweeps Coins on offer here are small. If you want to test redemptions without paying, a casino that gives a few free SC at sign-up will get you there faster.
Redeeming prizes
- Cash only: from 100 SC to your bank. None of the reviews we checked mention gift cards.
- Speed: ACH transfers take one to three business days. Instant bank transfers and debit card payouts are reported as faster.
- Playthrough: Gambling.com says SC must be played once; Sweepsy says three times. That’s a real difference: 3x means you need to wager 300 SC to redeem 100. Check the rule in your account before you plan around it.
- Identity check: expect to upload a photo ID and proof of address first.
Games and apps
Reviews count roughly 1,800 games, including slots, around 80 live games and about a dozen fish games, plus an in-house progressive jackpot called Power Chance. Named studios include Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, 3 Oaks, BGaming, Gaming Corps and RubyPlay, with live tables from Iconic21 and Atmosphera.
Apps are unclear. Gambling.com and Sweepsy say there’s no app, while TheLines reports an Android app with no iOS version. The mobile browser site works on both.
Where you can play
TheLines (October 27, 2026) lists Chanced as closed in California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Sweepsy adds Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma and West Virginia. We haven’t been able to confirm the longer list in Chanced’s own terms.
Oklahoma’s sweepstakes ban takes effect November 1, 2026, so even if Chanced still accepts players there today, that will end.
The map below shows where every state stands for Chanced today, including states that ban all sweepstakes casinos.
Leaving Illinois
In May 2026, Chanced and Punt emailed Illinois players to say Sweeps Coin play was ending. From May 12, 2026, Illinois players could no longer buy packs with SC or use mail-in requests, and they had until May 20 to redeem qualifying balances. Gold Coin play still works there. The move followed Illinois Gaming Board cease-and-desist letters sent to dozens of operators in February 2026.
Is Chanced legit and safe?
- Who runs it: Gold Coin Group LLC, also behind Punt.com. TheLines describes the company as based in Texas and Wyoming.
- Regulators: New York’s Attorney General sent Chanced a cease-and-desist letter in June 2025, part of a batch of 26 operators. New York has since banned sweepstakes casinos.
- Legal claims: law firm Labaton Keller Sucharow says it represents players in individual arbitration claims against Gold Coin Group, seeking to recover losses under state gambling-loss laws. These are claims, not findings against the company.
- Support: 24/7, with an FAQ, virtual assistant and live agents on request, according to Gambling.com.
Terms worth knowing
- Sweepsy shows a 21+ badge; TheLines says 18+ in some states. Plan on 21+.
- Playthrough is reported as 1x or 3x. Not yet confirmed in Chanced’s own terms.
- Redemptions are bank only, from 100 SC.
- One account per person, and ID checks before your first prize.
