At a glance
FunzCity is a slots-only sweepstakes casino with low gift-card redemptions and a fast-growing library, run by the same group as Funrize and NoLimitCoins. The catches: no free City Coins on sign-up, a coin system that's harder to follow than most, and a state list that excludes around 13 states.
Great for
- Players who want gift-card prizes from 25 Winnings
- Slot fans who like a large, regularly updated library
- Players who already use Funrize or NoLimitCoins
Not ideal for

- Table-game and live-dealer fans
- Players in the states it excludes, including Wyoming and West Virginia
Pros
- Gift cards from 25 Winnings, usually within a day or two
- Large slot library that has grown through 2026
- Daily City Coin bonus once your account is verified
- Established operator group with several sweepstakes brands
Cons
- Sign-up bonus is Fun Coins only, no City Coins
- City Coins and Winnings make prize values harder to follow
- ACH payouts can take up to 10 business days
- Slots only, with no table or live dealer games

Our verdict on FunzCity
FunzCity is a slots-only sweepstakes casino run by A1 Development LLC, the same group behind Funrize, NoLimitCoins and Fortune Wheelz. Its strongest point is low gift-card redemptions, from 25 Winnings, usually delivered within a day or two. Its library has also grown fast, from about 100 slots in early reviews to more than 1,000 by late 2026. The trade-offs: you get no free prize coins on sign-up, its coin system takes some getting used to, and around 13 states are excluded.
Our hands-on test with a real account is still in progress, so there’s no AmeriSpin rating on this page yet. FunzCity’s own terms page wouldn’t open for us, so the facts below come from dated reviews, each listed at the end. Where those sources disagree, we say so.
How FunzCity’s coins work
Most sweepstakes casinos use Gold Coins (GC) for fun and Sweeps Coins (SC) for prizes. FunzCity uses its own names, and adds a third step:
- Fun Coins (FC): the fun-only currency, like Gold Coins elsewhere. They can’t be redeemed.
- City Coins (CC): the sweepstakes currency. You can’t buy them. You get them free with Fun Coin packs, daily bonuses, missions and the mail-in request.
- Winnings: what you win while playing with City Coins. Reviews say Winnings are what you redeem, at $1 each.
City Coin amounts in coin packs run into the thousands, so they aren’t worth $1 each. We haven’t yet confirmed in FunzCity’s terms exactly how City Coin play converts into Winnings, so compare prize values in Winnings, not City Coins.
Welcome offer and free coins
- Free on sign-up: 125,000 Fun Coins, with no City Coins, according to TheLines, Gambling.com and PlayUSA. Some older reviews list bigger figures.
- First purchase: $24.99 for 750,000 FC and 3,500 CC, per Gambling.com and PlayUSA. Packs start at $6.99, and reviews report occasional discounts.
- Daily login: City Coins every day once your account is verified, reported as up to 20 CC, plus a daily spin on the City Wheel and a Magic Box of Fun Coins.
- Other free coins: daily missions, a referral bonus, a 10-tier VIP Club and the free mail-in request (1 City Coin per accepted request, per Sweepsy).
From a bonus-fairness view, the missing City Coins on sign-up matter. At most rivals you can try for a prize without spending. At FunzCity, a free-only player has to build City Coins through daily logins and missions first.
Redeeming prizes
- Gift cards: from 25 Winnings, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
- ACH bank transfer: from 50 Winnings. TheLines and Gambling.com report up to 10 business days; PlayUSA reports about two working days in its own test.
- Visa debit or prepaid card: from 100 Winnings, in about three to five days.
- Identity check: upload ID before your first redemption. The first check can take several days.
- Taxes: one review says a Form 1099-MISC is issued if your cash prizes pass $600 in a year.
The 25-Winnings gift card floor is one of the lower ones in the market, which suits casual players.
Games and apps
FunzCity is slots only: no table games, live dealer or fish tables. Game counts have climbed sharply. Early reviews counted about 100 slots, mostly from NetGame. TheLines now reports 1,000+ titles and Gambling.com more than 1,700. Studios named in 2026 include NetEnt, Nolimit City, Betsoft, Endorphina, Booming Games, Tom Horn and N2.
There’s no iOS or Android app. The site runs in a mobile browser.
Where you can play
Reports from 2026 list FunzCity as closed in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. TheLines’ October 2026 list of accepted states also leaves out California, Indiana, Maine, Maryland and Tennessee, so treat those as closed too. That closely matches what’s reported for sister site Funrize.
Oklahoma was still on FunzCity’s accepted list in October 2026, but the state’s ban takes effect on November 1, 2026. We found no report yet of FunzCity’s exit plans.
The map below shows where every state stands for FunzCity today, including states that ban all sweepstakes casinos.
Who’s behind FunzCity
FunzCity’s operator, A1 Development LLC, is listed with an address in Afton, Wyoming. It also runs Funrize, NoLimitCoins and Fortune Wheelz, so FunzCity is part of an established group of sweepstakes brands rather than a one-off site. Oddly, Wyoming itself is on FunzCity’s excluded list, even though the operator’s address is there.
If you already play at Funrize or NoLimitCoins, expect similar rules on ID checks and state availability. Each site has its own account and balances, though.
