Our verdict on Hello Millions
Hello Millions is the sister casino of McLuck, run by the same Isle of Man company, B-Two Operations Limited. Its standout feature is low redemption floors: gift cards from 10 Sweeps Coins and cash from 50 SC, both with a 1x playthrough. The downsides are slow cash payouts, no iOS app and a state list that is getting shorter, with Oklahoma closing on November 1, 2026.
Our hands-on test with a real account is still in progress, so there’s no AmeriSpin rating on this page yet. Everything below comes from reviews and news dated October 2026, because Hello Millions’ own terms couldn’t be opened when we checked. Each source is listed at the end.
Welcome offer and free coins
Gold Coins (GC) are for fun only. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the ones you can redeem for prizes, at 1 SC to $1.
- Free on sign-up: 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC, no promo code needed. TheLines and BettingUSA both report this. Extra Gold Coins are reported for verifying your account.
- First purchase: $29.99 for 120,000 GC + 60 SC, plus one bonus wheel spin that can award up to 500 SC. Three reviews report the same pack.
- Daily login: starts at 1,500 GC + 0.2 SC and grows with consecutive days, according to Gambling.com and BettingUSA. Banners advertise up to 5,000 GC + 2.5 SC.
- Playthrough: Sweeps Coins must be played once before you can redeem them.
The 2.5 free SC and the 10 SC gift-card floor work well together. A free player who collects daily bonuses can reach a first redemption without spending anything, which isn’t true at every casino.
Redeeming prizes
- Gift cards: from 10 SC, delivered through Prizeout, usually within 48 hours (BettingUSA says up to three days).
- Cash: from 50 SC to your bank account. Reviews report up to ten days; Gambling.com’s figure is three to ten days.
- Identity check: expect to upload a photo ID and proof of address before your first redemption.
- Playthrough: 1x on Sweeps Coins. All games count equally, according to Gambling.com.
Games and apps
Reviews count between 1,000 and about 1,800 games, mostly slots, plus social live casino tables. Named studios include Playtech, Evolution, NetEnt, 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, Booming Games, BGaming, Betsoft and ICONIC21. Gambling.com notes a few exclusive Gold Coin arcade games and no fish games.
There’s an Android app on Google Play. BettingUSA says it offers slots only. There’s no iOS app, so iPhone players use the mobile site.
Where you can play
TheLines (October 27, 2026) and Ballislife (October 17, 2026) list Hello Millions as closed in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. RG.org reports that the McLuck group no longer runs promotional contests in California.
Both lists also include Ohio. That isn’t on sister site McLuck’s own restricted list, and we haven’t confirmed it in Hello Millions’ terms, so treat it as unverified.
The map below shows where every state stands for Hello Millions today, including states that ban all sweepstakes casinos.
Leaving Oklahoma on November 1
Oklahoma’s sweepstakes ban (SB 1589) takes effect on November 1, 2026, after lawmakers overrode the governor’s veto. According to RG.org, Hello Millions’ terms now say: “Effective 1 November 2026, we will no longer be operating in Oklahoma.” McLuck, SpinBlitz and PlayFame have made the same change.
RG.org notes the terms don’t explain what happens to Oklahoma balances or pending redemptions after that date. If you play from Oklahoma, redeem what you can or contact support now.
Is Hello Millions legit and safe?
- Who runs it: B-Two Operations Limited, registered in the Isle of Man. The same group runs McLuck, SpinBlitz and PlayFame, and owns the company behind Jackpota.

- State exits: the group is closing in Oklahoma ahead of the ban and has dropped promotional play in California, which shows it reacts to new laws.
